- When the lentils are cooked check the water consistency as it needs to be a little runny. Takes 15 - 20 minutes to cook on boiling and blended
- This is called Tempering. Add the ghee butter to the wok when its hot add the garlic, chilli. Mustard seeds. Corriander seeds
- Add the lentil mush quickly and mix in and then add the tumeric.
- Serve hot with Basmatti rice or any other foods as a an acompanyment
