This can be either deep fried or shallow fried or even prepared using paniyaram pan for low fat version. Paneer cutlet. with millet, i tried this for the first time in a cookery class here in Singapore. Even when i was trying this at home before the class, it was a loved by everyone. Also it was a super hit recipe in the class too.
Instructions to make Millet cutlet:
- Take a bowl put soaked sago.mash it.add boiled potatoes.mash it.
- Add all flours,mix it.add all chopped things mix it.
- Add all spices,mix it.
- Add salt,curd,chilli, coriander leaves.mix it.
- Now make it like a dough, keep it a side.
- Take a small peice of coal,put it on the flame,let it be hot.
- Make a well in the prepared dough,keep a small.bowl in it. Put hot coal in it.add 1 Tsp Ghee,put 2 clove in it.lid the dough for smoking 10 mimiutes.
- After 10 mimiutes open it.make medium balls From this.flat it.
- Take a Heat pan sprinkle oil in it.put kebabs in it.
- Roast it in the slow flame.roast it golden.
- Remove it from the flame.
- Arrange it in a serving plate.
- Serve it with Green chuteny or sauce.
