  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add the gooseberries into it. Deep fry it and transfer it into a bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed ginger and garlic and saute it and keep aside.
  3. Finally, to the fried gooseberry bowl, add red chilly powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, salt, lime juice and the above oil tempering and mix nicely.
