Steps to make Eid kay pakwan- Desi Pasta:
- Add oil to pan and heat for about 1 min. Add the finely chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until soft (not over cooked). Add lamb mincemeat, garlic, green chillies, cloves, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
