- Cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain, rinse under cold water and toss together with the sesame oil (to stop them sticking together)
- Mix the miso and tamari together with the kale and ginger in the warm pan you just cooked the noodles in
- Mix in the noodles and chopped avocado
- Divide the noodles amongst 4 bowls and top with the sweet potatoes
I love to serve sweet potato fries with sandwiches and burgers. While they aren't necessarily super crispy (they're more like oven baked fries), they were gone within.
