  6. Mix well,till when you squeezed it in your hands it holds together,then gradually add cold water to form a soft dough.allow it to rest for 5mins
  7. Now your dough and fill in is ready,divide dough into 4,take 1 and roll it out flat,divide the flattened dough into 2 and add in your fish filling like shown
  8. Fold like this,and brush the edges with water or egg,and continue folding,till well folded like this
  9. Cut edges,and cut each rolled dough into you prepared pieces,greased pan with baking spray or butter
  10. Arrange them and use a fork to make hole,brush with egg and bake at 200F pre-heated oven for 15-20mins u can use sesame seeds and black seeds to make it more attractive
