- Heat butter into a pan add garlic and chilli then add gnochhi, coriander mix well
- Beet gnocchi is ready to serve
It is very easy and very fun, it takes a while to. Using a slotted spoon, drain the gnocchi and set aside on a baking sheet. In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown half of the beet wedges and gnocchi at a time in the oil. Serve the gnocchi with the beets and beet greens, and top with ricotta and Parmesan. Note Add cooked beet gnocchi stir in pan until gnocchi are coated with sauce, add salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy.
