With comb flung high on his head, body puffed to ridiculous size and a strut that's the definition of cocksure, the rooster truly rules the roost. The rooster's comb — that red, fleshy tissue on a chicken's skull — is his dashing symbol of fertility and dominance. Changing color in the comb can signal changes in mood or potential health issues. - A tip from Takuchi. If you are adding ice, wet the ice with water first to make the drink very foamy. Wow!
In bars and restaurants this is called a madras. From this recipe you build many great drink recipes by adding another liquor (peach schnapps raspberry vodka pineapple juice) These little roosters have a natural line that runs horizontally in their comb, use that as a guide ( I usually cut slightly above the line ). The first thing I remove is the back part of the comb ( the blade ), cutting as close to the comb's base as you can, cut it off ( straight up and down ). These supplements are typically not vegan or vegetarian. They are hyaluronic acid that comes from rooster comb.
