- Blanch the spinach in 3-4 cups of boiling water for exactly 3 minutes. Then run through under running cold water or dunk them into ice cold water. Drain the excess water and keep it aside
- Boil the beans and capsicum 4 to 5 minutes.let it to cool and keep it aside.
- When all vegetables are cool,grind together.Take a bowl,now put the boiled veggies,add smashed potato,grated paneer, cornflour, bread crumbs,haldi powder,mirchi powder, garam masala,amchur powder,chat masala,cumin powder,chopped coriander leaves.mix well.
- Take muffin cups(silicon muffins cup)put the smashed veggies and spread.shape the dough inside the silicon moulds.and bake into 20 to 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes now add cheese and boiled corn,sprinkle some orengano.again baked into 5 minutes.untill cheese are melt.after 5 minutes kabab muffins is ready..enjoy with tomato sauce.
