  1. Roast the cardamoms, clove, mace, cinnamon, shahi jeera, coriander, fennel seed and bay leaves… Then grind them in the mixer and make a fine powder and then mix 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder…in it.
  2. Wash the meat and add the lemon juice,salt,1 tbsp red chilli powder,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste, curd and the masala which we made before…mix them and keep it aside for half an hour to marinate…
  3. Now heat oil and add the chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and curry leaves… When the garlic changes it's colour then add the marinated chicken and cook it till it becomes soft… on low flame… When it becomes soft then add the chat masala and tomato sauce and mix well..and keep it for sometime low flame…
  4. Tasty and easy spicy chicken is ready…serve with roti aur rice…
